GPStamper’s compact user interface can be conveniently placed anywhere on-screen, making it readily accessible for drag-and-drop from File Explorer*.

Caption content (left to right):

  • Subject description
  • GeoNames/OpenStreetMap location**
  • Coordinates**
  • GPS accuracy
  • Image direction
  • Elevation
  • File name
  • Date**
  • Time
  • Author information
  • Custom logo (if plugin is installed)

Caption appearance:

  • Contrast
  • Size
  • Placement

*File Explorer's Details pane (Alt+Shift+P) displays metadata created by, or shared with, GPStamper.
**An auto location and/or coordinates, along with a date, must be included in a caption.

1. View photo locations in Google Earth, Google Maps, or OpenStreetMap.
2. View photo location metadata. 
3. Geotag photos from cameras without GPS/GNSS using a GPS track log from a mobile or watch app.
4. Enter Horizontal Positioning Error (HPE) values from a mobile app (to reflect GPS accuracy).
